Accommodating up to four guests, the loft offers a queen-sized bed and a comfy sectional sleeper sofa, with a partial wall for privacy. The space also includes in-unit laundry and a quaint outdoor seating area to relax with a drink or a book.
Parking is available at $25 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. A Pack n' Play or high chair is available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lockout fee. Pets are welcome with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee and require a signed pet contract.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, including all rooms and shared spaces. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. Guests should avoid creating excessive noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. A $300 fine will apply for verified noise complaints that unduly impact neighboring residents and/or violate local noise ordinances. Guests agree to pay a fee of $150 for a lost key. If the guest is locked out due to their own actions, a lockout fee of $100 will apply for assistance in regaining access to the property. The host is not responsible for any tickets, damage, or towing of vehicles on the property. The guest is responsible for following all local parking regulations and any parking instructions given by the host, including using designated spaces. Any fines, damages, or towing charges will be the guest's responsibility.
