Guests agree to pay a fee of $150 for a lost key. If the guest is locked out due to their own actions, a lockout fee of $100 will apply for assistance in regaining access to the property. The host is not responsible for any tickets, damage, or towing of vehicles on the property. The guest is responsible for following all local parking regulations and any parking instructions given by the host, including using designated spaces.
