Property
It is a great space but has a few flaws. The openness and natural lighting is phenomenal. The bathrooms (especially the full bath) and kitchen are dated. There are definite perks to living above a restaurant but only one of the three bedrooms has a closet. It does include a membership to the gym behind the building but the parking is back there as well with the only entrance at the front where you need to make your way through the sidewalk cafe tables.
