Free parking is available in the driveway with a maximum of two cars per reservation. Parking is not allowed on the street. If you have a conflict with the parking requirements, please message us directly. The home includes a free washer and dryer on site. Located in a very safe neighborhood, this home is centrally located near several hospitals and beautiful beaches. Please note, the home is on a busier road, so there may be some noise from cars. A signed rental agreement and legal ID must be provided prior to check-in. The home is located on a busier road, and while steps have been taken to minimize noise, there is still potential for noise. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of these hours, support staff is available for basic questions and instructions. For immediate safety concerns or serious property damage, notify us through the chat for manager assistance. The toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. Additional supplies can be requested through the chat. Towels and linens are generally not provided unless the rental lacks a washer/dryer and the stay exceeds 3 days. Pest sightings are possible due to the heat, including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. While refunds are not offered for this, pest control can be arranged if needed.
