Excellent apt. new appliances, washer dryer good size rooms, new bathrooms. However, the living room was dark because of very short windows and the kitchen was not large enough for my things. All in all a beautiful apt. Parking ara has no assigned spaces but enough parking and guest parking. Very secure building which I appreciated. A very good deal if you can live with a darkish living room and very small kitchen. I appreciated the time taken with me

Apt was beautiful. There were two things I have to think about, the small windows in the living room and very small kitchen that would not hold my things. Otherwise, I thought the floors (allwood), the ebathrooms, the master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, guest bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and good size as was the living room. Great appliances and washer/dryer in the apt. The entry way was a good size as was the entry door to the apt. The security is great and the garage is large for tenant guests. However no assigned parking for those living in the building itis first come first serve but enough spaces. I noticed people coming in for tennis which was nice (3tennis cts), pool and workout room. If you do not cook and can live in a dark apt where the living room is situated, it is for you.
