It has a stocked kitchen with a large island, and both formal and casual dining as well as a large 24 by 9 foot screened lanai for enjoying the Florida weather. You will also have your own 2 car garage, access to all the Pelican Preserve Town Center Amenities, (fitness center, tennis, pickleball, indoor and outdoor pools, Destination restaurant and Flip Flops pool side grill. You also get to use the Palazzo Community Pool which has a grill and is just steps away to spend a day lounging in the sunshine. In addition to monthly rent, guests pay a $1000 damage deposit (which is refundable assuming no damage), $550 for application/lease fees and amenity transfer. 11.5% total for sales tax tourist tax, and a $278 departure cleaning.Available for Summer, Fall, Thanksgiving 2025 and Easter 2026. NOT AVAILABLE JAN_ MARCH 2026. Rate for November 2025 and April 2025 is $4500. May-October is $2700 per month. Rentals under 4 months also pay 11.5% tax.
