Just 15 minutes from the University of Arkansas campus, this lodge offers luxury amenities for three guests, including a furnished screened-in porch, a large patio, a hot tub, and a fire pit. Enjoy 360-degree views of the Ozark Mountains during your stay. Highlights of this cabin include a 5-minute drive to Riverside Park, a 15-minute drive to the University of Arkansas Campus, and a 20-minute drive to both Fayetteville Square and Devil's Den State Park. The cabin sleeps three with a king-size bed and a full pullout bed. Outdoor living spaces feature multiple seating areas, a brand new hot tub, a screened-in porch, a large patio, and a fire pit. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room, and amazing cabin decor. Fresh towels and linens are provided, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use. Guests have access to the entire house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Basic amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. When you arrive, you'll enter through the screened-in porch on the front patio, featuring a high-top table with two barstools, an L-shaped couch, a hanging egg chair, string lights, and a hammock. Inside, the stunning log cabin walls, corrugated ceilings, and cabin-like decor create a warm atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen boasts rustic wooden cabinetry, ample storage, and an island with barstool seating. The living space includes an overstuffed sectional, a 44-inch Hisense Roku TV, and plenty of natural light, with an electric fireplace for heating. At the end of the day, settle into one of the luxury beds: a king-size bed in the loft with a nearby bathroom, or a full-size pullout bed in the living room. The bathroom with laundry is on the main floor. Outside, enjoy the screened-in porch, large patio, hot tub, fire pit, and sweeping mountain views. Explore the Ozark Mountains at Devil's Den State Park, just 20 minutes away, or enjoy the West Fork River, walking trails, and picnic areas at Riverside Park, only 5 minutes away. The property is not pet-friendly, and bringing pets will incur a fine of $400. The driveway is steep, so all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicles are recommended. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of smoke remediation. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
