Unearthed between the Kennedy Space Center and world-famous Cocoa Beach, it is the ideal spot for rocket launch viewing, paddle boarding, surfing, and sightseeing all of Florida's wildlife. With its modern and tranquil design, this home will make you feel at home in a dreamy oasis. This fully furnished two-story commodious townhome features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully fenced private patio. The first floor encompasses a large open-floor plan kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances and a multifunctional granite countertop kitchen bar. The living space includes a soft and comfortable lounge sofa that can be pulled out into a spacious bed for additional guests. The master bedroom features a large king-size bed with a private bathroom and access to the exclusive outdoor patio. Upstairs, the guest bedroom offers two queen-sized mattresses for a peaceful night's sleep. While we love all furry friends, only dogs are allowed at this property with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. This property only allows parking for two cars. Cape Canaveral is home to the world-famous Kennedy Space Center, where you can visit the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. The town is perfectly located just east of Merritt Island, separated by the Banana River and the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the Indian River Lagoon, North America's most diverse estuary, for wildlife sightseeing. A short 5-mile trip south takes you to Cocoa Beach, with its quaint restaurants, live music, and bars located right on the beach. Our digital locks let you arrive and check yourself in, but we're here if you need us. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 8:00. Please do not feed any wildlife such as peacocks. Mailbox access is not available for guests. All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
