    Roomy apartment in decent shape but is outdated. Walk in closet in Master bath room. Pool is small and very close to tenants. Location is good, between dollar store and Murphys Market, about 1/2 mile from Publix and near the bus route. Laundry room includes 2 washers and dryers on ground floor and another on 2nd floor. 20 unit complex. Some grassy areas around complex.
