Lease Takeover at The Piazza - Liberties Walk Apartment - in Northern Liberties | 7/1/25 - 8/31/25 | $1,865/mo can move in 6/25/25. Looking for a qualified renter (or couple!) to take over our lease starting July 1, 2025, ending August 31, 2025. We're looking for those who are going to sign a one-year lease starting after the sublease ends on August 31, 2025. If you're serious, we can schedule a meeting with management to sign over the agreement to the new tenants. The current tenants are requesting the security deposit of $1,725 since The Piazza will only pay out a security deposit once the lease/sublease ends to those tenants in the contract. Keys can be handed over between June 25th and July 1st. Rent: $1,865/month, a grandfathered rate that is an incredible deal for this unit! Utilities: Cable, gas, water/sewer not included Optional parking available in the Piazza lot at an extra charge, but we never needed it, thanks to consistent street parking!
