No compliance with the terms herein stated will be considered a Lease violation and subject to Lease Termination. HOA has assigned 1 parking space in front of the Unit. If the Renter needs additional parking space, there are Guests parking spaces that can an be used. A written parking policy will be provided to Renter by the HOA before signing the Lease. HOA will require the approval of any future Resident (Renter or Owner) to move to the community. HOA application welcome package will be provided to you to be reviewed and completed for this purpose.
