The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook for your entire crew in your home away from home. Between the 4 private bedrooms, The Lake Escape can accommodate 15 guests. A Pack N' Play is available for guests. Extra linens and towels are provided during your stay. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Wi-Fi is satellite and is not designed to handle streaming or other high-speed requiring options. Located on Beaver Lake, this property offers direct access to the lake and is 5.2 miles from Lost Bridge Marina and a 2-mile boat ride from Rocky Branch Marina. Enjoy the ultimate private lake getaway on 2.5 acres of land. This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. There are no boats available, and guests are advised not to use any boats or kayaks seen as they belong to neighbors.
