Lease Terms (1-Year Residential Lease)
1. Lease Duration
Lease start terms flexible , for a total period of 12 months.
After the end date, the lease may be renewed or continue month-to-month only with written agreement from both parties.
2. Rent
Monthly rent: $1900, due on the 1st day of each month.
Late fees and accepted payment methods will follow the rules specified elsewhere in the lease.

4. Parking
Tenant is allowed two (2) off-street parking spots for personal vehicles.
Parking spots are for tenant use only and may not be subleased or rented to others.
5. Security Deposit
Tenant shall pay a security deposit of $1900 before move-in, refundable subject to the condition of the property at move-out and applicable state laws. Also pay last months $1900 rent upon move in as well
6. Maintenance & Repairs
Tenant must keep the property clean and promptly report any needed repairs.
Landlord is responsible for major structural repairs and the services listed above.
7. Rules & Restrictions
The tenant agrees to comply with all property rules established by the landlord.
Noise, pet, smoking, and guest policies must be followed as stated in the full lease agreement.
8. Entry by Landlord
Landlord may enter the premises with proper notice as required by state law, except in cases of emergency.
9. Renewal & Termination
Either party must provide proper notice per state law if they do not wish to renew.
Early termination rules and fees are defined in the full lease agreement.
