Apartment A is the lower level of a house. The house is in a beautiful setting, with deer occasionally visiting. It is close to town; 10 minutes to ETSU and to Milligan. You'll have the entire basement to yourself. The apartment is 1,000 square feet with ceramic-tile flooring. The majority of the space is a living room that includes a brand-new kitchen. The kitchen comes with a fridge/freezer, a 2-eye induction stove, and a microwave. You'll also have a bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with a closet. One year lease. Minimum due at signing: $2,100 = deposit ($1,000), first month's rent ($900), utilities ($200). A background check and renter's insurance will be required. Included in rent: Utilities (water, sewer, garbage, electricity). The heating/cooling controls are in the upstairs unit. Smoking tobacco and using drugs at the property are grounds for terminating the lease.
