This wonderful two bedroom apartment also has a office/study, fully stocked kitchen, a spacious and cozy Living Room with a Dining area that seats four, one bathroom with a large shower, and a in-unit laundry. This popular third floor apartment has great views of the tree tops from the living room and private covered back deck. Please see recent reviews below. One off-street dedicated parking space is included in the rent. Great Downtown location and walkable to restaurants, shops, and RPI and Sage College. The RPI shuttle is 1/2 block away. Unfortunately Pets and Smoking of any kind are not allowed.
