Free $2000 (+ security deposit) if you take over our lease! We are looking for someone to take over our rental. Our contract doesn't end until later this year, but my boyfriend and I just bought our first home and would like to move out. We'll also pay for professional cleaning, and you'll keep our security deposit (which saves you more money). If you like the apartment, you'll do a background check with the management team, and sign a fresh lease with them. (If you have pets, they might want a bigger security deposit.) It's a great location with many amenities. The grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, along with a lot of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is also very quite and safe, and has great schools. Renter pays for SDGE and Internet separately. Water and trash will be added to your monthly bill each month. 2 pets allowed per apartment.
