Landlord / property managers reserve right to inspect unit in the case of an emergency, immediate maintenance but is obligated to give tenant(s) notice of unit inspections. Toward end of lease term, apartment inspection is mandatory, but inspections may be requested at their discretion. Tenant must give a minimum of 28 days' notice to vacate apartment
