Property
The apartment was the perfect size, downstairs unit, with off street parking and in an acceptable neighborhood that I am looking for. However, the only other good thing about it was new carpeting. The tile in the kitchen was cracked in many places. The drawers in the kitchen were broken. The floor of the bath tub had a 12 inch crack in it. There was mold around the window and tub. Some of the closet doors wouldn't close. The water in the bathroom had no pressure. I was so disappointed in the condition. I have currently lived in an older building for 20 years and everything is lovely. Just because a building is older doesn't mean it has to be in bad shape. The owner needs to do a lot more updates before he rents this to anyone. Especially take care of the mold.
Management
Property manager was very pleasant on the phone. I was able to go to the unit but though I did look in the cupboards and drawers I could not find any applications as he had stated.
