Loved the property. Applied and put down a deposit. DIDN'T sign anything and, while we waited to be approved, we had something personal come up and we pulled out. Remember, this was BEFORE we were even approved. We were told we could pick up the deposit. My husband drove out to pick it up and was told that we would not be receiving the full refund because they started work on the property BEFORE we were approved and we STILL HAD YET to sign any form of paperwork. I would NOT recommend these landlords. They are sketchy.
