Washer/Dryer are in the building! We keep getting told, "Wow, this unit is much larger than I thought it'd be" -- Come see for yourself! ALL of this located in an A+ neighborhood with an A+ crime and safety rating located 6 minutes from Surly/U of MN, and 9 minutes to Downtown No smoking. Background check and credit check with application.

    He was quick to respond, very easy to work with and willing to accommodate my difficult schedule to arrange a tour.

     Property

    The apartment itself was SPOTLESS! New kitchen and appliances. Living room window looked out onto a nice yard (to the south). The tenant who showed us the property was very, very nice. Property seemed well kept, and there was a peaceful, clean yard. Community garden right up the street. My personal hesitation was being so close to railroad tracks and a big power transformer. Am sensitive to noise and vibrations. So it wasn't the apartment itself that I gave a "3" on, or the tenant or manager....for me it was location.
