Landlord will, however, review any requests from Tenant or any Occupants with disability-related needs for reasonable accommodations for service and assistance animals at the Property as required by applicable law. -Smoking means: (i) inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, or any other lighted or heated tobacco or plant product intended for inhalation including hookahs or any similar product, whether natural or synthetic, in any manner or in any form; or (ii) use of an electronic smoking device which creates an aerosol or vapor, in any manner or in any form. Smoking is allowed Outside on Building grounds, as long as not within 15 feet of windows, doors, or intake units. In addition to any other remedies Landlord may have under this Lease or at law, Landlord may charge Tenant a fee of up to $250 for a second and subsequent violations if Tenant smokes in a clearly designated non-smoking Property or area of the Building or Building grounds. Tenant may use marijuana in accordance with state law.
