This Unit comes partially furnished, if you do not wish for the furniture inside I can have it removed. This is the top of a duplex, so there will be some shared space(washer and drier are on site but in a shared location). The spacious back yard has gardening beds and would also be considered shared. I will allow pets with a 750 pet fee and 50 dollars extra a month per rent.
