what a dump! I'm a retired senior living on Social Security with a very tight budget, so my expectations weren't very high. The building overall was very shabby. There were 2 units I looked at. one on the second floor, which was decently sized but was overall very shabby, very visible patches in the plaster walls. Refrigerator was an ancient rusted hulk. I know I wasn't expecting the Ritz but I wasn't expecting something that shabby and worn looking. The floors were like a roller coaster. The unit on the third floor was quite a bit smaller. Better, slightly newer kitchen and good fridge, very badly laid out. Staircase was rickety, especially for someone with a damaged lower spine disc
