The Black Diamond Studio is an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) located in the heart of downtown Durango. The space includes the baking hearth from the Star Bakery built in 1890. This studio was completely remodeled in 2022 with new drywall, complete bathroom remodel with tiled shower, vanity, and toilet, all new kitchen with new appliances, new heating unit, and fresh paint. Air Conditioning is provided in the summer with a removable window unit. Parking for a non-oversized vehicle is provided. This secure property is privately owned with attentive landlords living on site. The Black Diamond studio is ideal for 1 person.
The unit is currently occupied by tenant. Showings would be after 3 pm weekdays and by appointment on weekends.
All utilities are included in rent and paid by landlord: water, sewer, trash, gas, electric, and wifi.

Pets are negotiable depending on the pet. Additional fee and deposit may be required. Cats are not permitted. A Pet lease must be signed by tenant assuming all responsibility for pet while on premises.
