This is NOT a typical undergrad neighborhood or apartment. Quiet, respectful tenants will fit in very nicely with my other (excellent) tenants.
The property is a historic home, converted to 4 very nice apartments. This sunny 3rd floor apartment has a cozy and homey feel. Hardwood floors throughout, except kitchen (vinyl) and bathroom (tile.) Each of the two large bedrooms has two closets, including one walk-in. Plenty of windows to let in natural light. PLEASE NOTE: ALL INTERIOR WALLS WERE RECENTLY REPAINTED A NEUTRAL OFF-WHITE. Also, the gas range has been replaced by a newer model. Although this is the top floor, the heating bills are mitigated by both the walls and attic having been insulated in 2009, as part of a County weatherization program. 24 hour notice required for showings.
This is a no smoking and no pets property. To be fair to all, there are no exceptions.
