The property features a three-level floor plan, including a great room for working space downstairs and a separate living room for gatherings. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, while a guest bedroom is located on the main floor. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for entertainment. Feel at home in this clean and beautiful space. The living area includes a comfortable couch or sectional and a 50-inch TV, along with a desk and chair for your working space. The kitchen is equipped with a cozy dining table and chairs, a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop stove, small countertop oven, and coffee maker/kettle. While it may not be a fully equipped kitchen, it includes basic kitchenware for preparing simple meals. This home offers free Wi-Fi, an extra queen air mattress available on site, and an onsite washer and dryer. The cooling and heating system is equipped with Nest Thermostat control for additional comfort. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. If approved, small pets under 25 lbs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night's stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. Unregistered guests will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night. The property is equipped with 24/7 security cameras outside for added security. Please respect the privacy of neighbors and keep the property clean. Parking is available for up to four standard-size cars, with no overnight street parking allowed. The property is pet-free unless prior authorization is given. Guests must include all guests in their booking and provide full names and ages within 24 hours of check-in. The guest whose account is used for booking must be present at check-in.
