BEDROOMS Designed for the remote traveler or small family getaway, this cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with room on the pullout couch to fit a total of 6 guests. The bedrooms offer maximum comfort with 12 inch memory foam beds, blackout curtains and ceiling fans. Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, 40 inch smart tv and an in unit washer and dryer in the closet. If you need to get some work done, the master also has a desk and chair where you can take advantage of our high speed wifi to keep you connected and productive. The second bedroom is on the smaller side but does not lack comfort or coziness with its full size 12 inch memory foam bed and ceiling fan. Under the bed you will find a 2 drawer clothing storage to unpack your clothes. Additional storage space can be found in the master closet. BATHROOMS The full bathroom with shower and tub is newly renovated and sparkling clean. It is a Jack & Jill layout with both bedrooms having door access to the shared bathroom. KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM With a fully-stocked kitchen and new appliances, cooking at home will be a breeze. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you need. We even provide salt, pepper, cooking spray, and coffee. Dual Keurig Coffee Maker for K-Cup pods or ground coffee to brew the way you like to! Street parking is available outside the unit and paid lots can be found across the street and nearby. We do not have a reserved parking spot. 30-day minimum stays. Utilities are not included.
