Landlord pays for water and sewer. Small dogs and cats are allowed with additional pet deposit and pet rent. No smoking is allowed on the property.
We apply to all candidates a standard ideal move-in date of within 2 weeks from application approval. Credit score must be greater than 650 (see below). Income must be 3x Rent. We will not accept past evictions, judgments, or collections from a management company or landlord.
