    This apartment will be available for touring in August and available for occupancy 8/17. Tours are not available prior to then. Close to Downtown Long Beach, the beach and many restaurants and establishments, this beautiful classic unit with lots of natural light from two sides is a great spot. The kitchen includes a granite countertop, refrigerator and a full-size range/oven, and lots of cabinet space. The bathroom has been upgraded. The unit is cable-ready. Hardwood floors, 9 1/2 foot high ceilings, modern windows, with the 1-bedroom units featuring large walk-in closet areas. Also, there is a cool closet in the living room that some residents use as their remote workspace - and they can close the closet doors in the evening when their work is over. This is a renovated classic vintage 8-unit apartment that features security gates and a shared laundry room. This is a non-smoking building. Landlord pays for water and sewer. Small dogs and cats are allowed with additional pet deposit and pet rent. No smoking is allowed on the property. We apply to all candidates a standard ideal move-in date of within 2 weeks from application approval. Credit score must be greater than 650 (see below). Income must be 3x Rent. We will not accept past evictions, judgments, or collections from a management company or landlord. This apartment has not been evaluated for Section 8 occupancy by a government agency. If you would like to apply and will be using a rental subsidy, such as a Section 8 voucher, we will require and consider the applicant's credit history (in addition to all of the other application criteria) but offer the applicant the option to provide evidence of their ability to pay the rent including the applicant's benefit statements, pay records and bank statements.
