Forsyth Oak Terrace is located on Historic Gaston Street, which is one of Savannah's wealthiest streets, lined with beautiful Oak Trees draped with Spanish Moss. Entering on the second floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your new home away from home by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. A half-bath has been tucked between the kitchen, and living room, ideal for guests who will be using the queen-size sleeper sofa. The bright and airy kitchen features an impressive kitchen island with custom counters, that is the perfect place for a quick meal, or space to get some work done. Guests will enjoy having modern conveniences, such as stainless appliances, and a full-size washer/dryer. Enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cup of joe on the balcony that sits off of the kitchen. Head upstairs to find two bedrooms, that are furnished with queen size beds. The primary bedroom floods with natural light, a flat screen TV, en suite bath with standing shower and a spacious closet. Next door, the second bedroom is home to a queen size bed and a second en suite bath with tub/shower combo! What is parking like for Lynwood Collection on Forsyth? Guests are assigned a private space to park their vehicle in the lot behind the home. We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $250 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
