The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a full-sized bed with the bathroom right next door. There is also an office space perfect for when you have to work away from home, complete with a full-sized desk and work chair for your convenience. We also provide a pack 'n play and children's booster seat for family accommodations if needed. During your stay, you'll have access to a sparkling pool where you can cool off on a hot Florida day or simply relax by the water's edge with a good book. If you're feeling active, you can take advantage of the on-site pickleball court or challenge your fellow travelers to a friendly match on the shuffleboard court. There is also a bocce ball court, golf chipping area, and fire pit area for you to utilize during your stay. There is no in-unit laundry here, but there is a community laundromat area about a 2-minute walk from the home inside the community, so you can do laundry there as needed. Dade City itself is a charming town with a rich history, offering a unique blend of small-town charm and modern convenience. Explore the local shops, dine at delicious restaurants, and immerse yourself in the warm and welcoming community. You are required to sign our pool waiver. If you do not sign the waiver, we have the right to cancel the reservation without a fee. You will not be allowed to access the property unless this document is signed, as this is required by our insurance. A starter pack of amenities is provided inside the home, including a fresh paper towel roll, a new roll of toilet paper per bathroom with extras left under the sink, hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen, a new sponge, dish soap with three dishwasher tabs, a set of travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per bathroom, a few trash bags with one in the can upon arrival, and three laundry pods for the washer and dryer. If you need help locating a nearby convenience store for additional supplies, we are happy to help.
