Being on the top floor, it is very quiet! I have three air conditioning units that can be used during the summer time. The Grafton Condominiums as a whole is a great community with friendly and active people. The front and back side of the property will require a key to enter. My Condo unit is secured with Schlage home security with keyless entry (code box).
