There is no washer and dryer hookups, it has gas heat, and no central air. The apartment is across the street from all of the Shelby City schools and is within walking distance to the YMCA. The tenant is responsible for all utilities and the security deposit. We do not allow smoking inside the apartment and we do not accept metro. We would consider a small dog under 20 pounds with the additional $250 non-refundable pet deposit and the $25 a month pet surcharge.
