LEASE TERMS: This lease agreement is for a two-bedroom apartment located at 100 Hospitality Drive, Berlin, Vermont. The lease term is for one year, with a monthly rent of $1800, due on the 1st of each month. A 5-day grace period is allowed, after which a late fee of 5% or $50 (whichever is less) will apply, with an additional $5 daily fee starting on the 10th day of nonpayment. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required and will be returned within 14 days of lease termination, less any deductions for damages or unpaid amounts. First month's rent is due upon move-in. The landlord provides heat (maximum 70 F), water, sewer, yard maintenance, and snow plowing.
