We are a gated apartment complex with 114 units on the property. There is a locked storage room on the covered porch of each unit. One story units with parking directly in front of each unit. Trash and sewer are provided. There is a pool on the property. No pets. We were built between 2015-2018 and are locally owned.
Six month lease that continues month to month until 30 day notice is given by tenant or by lessor. Your rent rate will continue at the same rate.
