The gourmet kitchen includes upgraded appliances, a gas oven/stove top, a microwave, 2 dishwashers, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Each cabin offers deluxe bedding, a full bathroom, tea and coffee service, and a patio. The newly renovated barn includes 4 twin bunk beds, a full bathroom, a foosball table, a dart board, a smart LED-TV, and a large living room. Pets are welcome with a fee, not to exceed 4 pets. Please clean up after your animals. There is a fire pit on site for guest use, and guests are kindly asked to bring their own supplies and extinguish any flames or coals after each use. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. An excessive pool clean may be charged if necessary. Children must be supervised at all times, and no glass is allowed in the pool area, with additional fees for violations. The pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature if it's below 45F, and it cannot function below 35F. The thermostat should not be set above 76F for heating or below 68F for cooling. This is a rural property, so encounters with wildlife such as birds, reptiles, and deer are common. Limited services compared to urban settings may affect cell phone and delivery services. To manage bugs, keep windows and doors closed and use the bug spray provided. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
