The main common house includes a cozy living room with panoramic views, featuring a 60-inch satellite LED-TV, Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen includes upgraded appliances, a gas oven/stove top, a microwave, two dishwashers, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need. Each individual cabin features deluxe bedding, room to spread out, a full bathroom, tea and coffee service, and a patio. The newly renovated barn includes a foosball table, a dart board, a smart LED-TV, and a large living room. Three kayaks are available.
Pets are allowed with a fee, not to exceed four pets. Guests are invited to explore the property, with emphasis on the river. A car is a necessity in the hill country, and access to the property is easier with larger vehicles, as they are better suited for the road/driveway conditions.
Located 10 miles west of the town of Llano and 70 miles west of Austin, this retreat rests on 10 acres of unspoiled Texas hill country along the Llano River. A barbecue and general store are 8 miles west in the village of Castell, TX. Live music is about 30 miles northwest at Hilltop Cafe. The Llano area has four wineries and a distillery to visit.
Occupancy is set at 22 guests. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Gun shooting is prohibited on the property. This is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services. Please keep all windows and doors closed and feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink. If pets enter the pool, a $500 fine will be charged.
