Rental includes off street parking for 1 car, all heat ,AC and electric utilities & internet. Snow Removal & Exterior property maintenance. Rental Term is 12 months first, month, last month and a month security is required. This is a 3 to 12 month term, rent would be a base of $2200 for short term un der 6 months or $2500 over a 6 month term. All applicants are screened and Owner will show the unit
