Conveniently located near Route 11. 7 minute drive to Rochester, 10 minute drive to Alton, and 30 minutes to Portsmouth. The rent includes heat. All other utilities are paid for by the Tenant. We take calls only. No texting or emailing. Landlord pays for Water and Sewer and HEAT. All other utilities including garbage pick up are Tenants responsibility.
