There are no processing charges from our side but Zillow may charge for each applicant. Once rental application is approved, a $300 non-refundable deposit will be due immediately. This is adjustable against the 1 month security deposit due at time of signing of lease. At the time of signing of lease 1st month rent and the balance of security deposit needs to be paid. Lease needs to be signed within 1 week of approval unless both parties agree to make an exception.
