Walking distance to the Historic Cobblestone District, First Niagara Center, Harbor Center with easy access to Rt. 190. Rent payments include management & maintenance, gas (heat), internet, surface lot parking, & trash. Electric & water is the responsibility of the tenant. Cost: One-bedrooms range from $1,450-$1850 per month and 2-bedroom units range from $2,450-$2850. Security deposit equals one month's rent and is due at lease signing. Lease Duration: Leases are for one year. Parking: Surface lot parking included in rent. Garage parking available for $75/mo, depending on availability. Onsite Fitness Center: Available for use by tenants 24/7/365. We are pet friendly! There are no breed or size restrictions. In fact, we love big dogs and cats! Two pet max. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300/pet. Pet rent is a sliding scale of $20-$40 based on PetScreening. Pets must be spayed or neutered. Annual PetScreening is required as well as enrolling in our Poo Prints program. Dogs must not bark a lot to ensure no noise issues.
