The villa is thoughtfully designed with a living room, dining room, TVs, and internet access. Enjoy the luxury linen package, which includes sheets, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, and bath towels. An outside shower is also available for your convenience. Guests can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks, and even arrange for grocery delivery or a qualified babysitter. The villa offers a $35 daily credit for beach gear rentals, which can be used for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. A temporary club membership is available for $200 a day, providing access to community pools and dining at the Beach Club. The maximum number of cars allowed is two, and one golf cart, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. Located in the exclusive DeBordieu Colony, a private oceanfront gated community near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this villa offers access to miles of beach, tidal creeks, and an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths. Enjoy the delightful year-round climate and explore nearby attractions, including Charleston and Myrtle Beach. No pets and no smoking are allowed on the premises. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The community enforces a speed limit of 25 miles per hour, and no street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Restricted vehicles include RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts. Enhanced cleaning, disinfection, and sanitization protocols are in place to ensure guest safety.
