There are several larger towns around Carthage to look for employment or to satisfy general needs. Howard, DeSmet, Madison, and Huron are all within 40 miles of Carthage. Renter will be responsible for electricity. Landlord will pay for water / sewer / trash. Landlord will also be responsible for snow removal and lawn care. A yearly lease is preferred, but is negotiable.
