Vistara Phase II is currently under construction with an expected occupancy date of December of 2025 through early Spring of 2026. Vistara II offers beautiful and BRAND NEW 2- and 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath apartment homes, centrally located in Yuma, Arizona just steps from shopping, grocery and restaurants and easy access from the Interstate. Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, and middle-, or low-income households. Residency at Vistara requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent. Vistara accepts applications households with Section 8 vouchers.
