At Maple Leaf Apartments, our units feature a large living room that leads into an open kitchen. There is plenty of closet storage space throughout the apartment including a kitchen pantry, a coat closet, and a linen closet. The lower units feature a walk-out patio and the upper units have an oversized premium deck. Units include gas, heat, water, sewer, trash, recycling, and parking. Residents would be responsible for electricity and any wifi/cable options you should want. The security deposit is $995.45 deposit and we have a $50 application fee. Pet fees apply if applicable.
