The Flats

This quiet apartment community promotes a simple and snug lifestyle. Tenants can walk to parks and local restaurants and shops. The apartments have large living rooms with lots of natural light. The open casing bedroom can be left open or easily closed off with curtains. There is a full bedroom with a large closet and a full bathroom off the bedroom. There is a full kitchen that is just the right size for one or two people. Lawn care, pest control, and trash pick up provided. Water is provided for a flat $45 fee. We are pet friendly but can only accept 1 pet under 35 pounds per apartment.
