We will conduct a background check on all adult applicants. Any prior evictions or felonies within the past 10 years will render applicant/s ineligible for residency. Once we screen (and potentially accept) you, we'll show you the property in-person. Provided you love it and want to move forward, we'll require a deposit to hold for the (full) security deposit; Then, anytime before move-in day we require the remaining security along with first & last month's rent. We allow pets under the condition that the security deposit be increased according to your individual situation.
