We are a Senior 55 and wiser Affordable Housing community that currently offers a portion of our property to 54 and under. Market Street Lofts is a beautifully restored and renovated historic community. Our community offers a fitness center, business center, and community rooms with cable tv. Each building is keyed access with 24 hr surveillance. Each building also provides coin operated laundry facilities. We are a pet friendly community and we have professional on site management and 24 hour on-call maintenance to make sure all of your needs are taken care of. Our apartments boast updated black appliances, original hardwood floors, 20-foot vaulted ceilings, giant bay windows with great natural light, and unique floorplans. This is a LIHTC property that does accept public housing vouchers (formerly known as Section 8).
