The email back and fourth was great. They kept me in the loop. The issue was once i got the the viewing, they inform me that the apartment I asked to see was not available! What terrible customer service! I basically wasted my Saturday bc the people there could not coordinate with each other about what apartments could be seen. Left a Terrible impression for me.

Average. Some areas of the building needed cleaning. Garbage odor in hallways. I was not shown the model. I was shown An actual available unit. It was nice. Kitchen cabinets showed wear.
