Management
The manager who we spoke with was very polite and answered our questions. He was forthcoming with information that obviously was unfavorable toward the property, and I appreciated his honesty. However, I had scheduled a tour and at the last minute his coworker had to leave and couldn't stay at the front desk so that he could show us the unit and grounds. Therefor he needed to stay at the front desk and we needed to show ourselves around, which we didn't sign up for.

Property
The property didn't seem particularly nice or modern. The small deck that we saw attached to the unit we toured was also not completely attached to the wall and was extremely dangerous. We were also never told where the laundry is.
