The second floorplan includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom, and the lower level includes a 3rd bedroom and unfinished mechanical room with washer and dryer hook-ups (will supply a washer and dryer for an additional $50/month). The pictures show carpet and tile but the townhome was recently updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring in most rooms. Pets allowed (No Aggressive breeds). For pets the rent is an additional $40/month/pet and there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 and and an additional $200 added to the security deposit. No smoking.
