There are no apartments available at Davis Gardens. The manager said for me to contact them again in about two months.

I am currently a smoker and they absolutely do not want a smoker. The person who called was very kind and said she would contact me again if she found something that is more suitable. On another note I also heard back from Springvale Apartments in Croton-on-Hudson and my application is still pending.
