     Management

Good, friendly, professional communication by contact person (Sidney) in setting up the tour. But when I arrived (same day), I was told that the unit wasn't actually available and that the units that are available are much more expensive. Unit is still being advertised, so this not only wasted my time but feels a little like a bait and switch.
